Alina and Sonya — founders of Pour Toi, met at Parsons at 19 and quickly bonded over their shared love of art, struggles of being water signs, and coming of age in post-soviet immigrant families. After years of leading creative teams in tech and media, they found themselves longing for the raw, hands-on joy of creating—something driven by inspiration. They knew so many others that felt the same!

But they couldn’t find a space that felt right. They didn’t want an art class, but didn’t want a party either. They dreamed of something that balanced thoughtful design with fun and curiosity, a space that felt creative yet welcoming. So they decided to make it themselves, and Pour Toi was born. Since launching in the fall of 2024, this creative community has been growing and continuing to inspire one another.
